Organize Black Unity
For an organization to grow and for a community to change there must be a group working on the solutions to the issues that affect us all. The point of starting a collective is to be a model of what our communities could be if we worked towards social, economic and political power with the goal of liberation in mind. The task of these collectives are to create communities of resistance and empowerment that advance the struggle and mobilizes a base of people prepared for a global movement. Our Blueprint for how these Chapters and Branches become change agents in their communities is comprised of assessing the Local and National political landscape, analyzing the best historical black organizing tactics and strategies and a mixture of challenges and trainings to help your squad to achieve a collective process built on Black Love and black Unity.
Build Community Power
At the start of each Chapter, the founding members are required to create a 3 year vision for how they will change their community. They will do this along with being taught how to fund raise, power-map and how to organize people, problems and solutions in order to develop organic local leadership.
There is power in Black people coming together for a greater cause and to serve one another. That's why we demand our chapters to organize impactful programs, services and events that will empower the community.
Become a Model
We must be the first examples of what change looks like so that the community and especially the youth can see the behaviors and the culture that will bring about freedom.
