  Our Dream Chaser Initiative will:   Raise Literacy Rates & Math Proficiency in 50 Cities Globally for Black Youth K-8th  Lower Suspension Rates for Black Youth in Every School we have Programming  Reduce High School Drop-Out Rates in Every School we have Programming  Improve the Quality of Education for 50 Rural African & Australian, the Caribbean and Latin American Communities  Raise High School Graduation Rates in Cities Where We have a Chapter or Branch  Assist 10,000 Black Youth Enroll in College in the Areas of Medicine, Law, Agriculture, Health, Education and Engineering   Does Philanthropy really want to raise the literacy rates for Black Youth Globally?
